HubSpot CRM

Overview: HubSpot CRM is a versatile platform that works well for wholesalers who need a free or low-cost solution with robust tools for lead management and email marketing.

Key Features:

  • Free plan with extensive features.

  • Marketing, sales, and service tools in one platform.

  • Advanced email tracking and reporting.

Pros:

  • Scales with your business.

  • Easy to use and beginner-friendly.

Cons:

  • Not tailored for real estate.

  • Some advanced features require premium plans.

Pricing: Free plan available; paid plans start at $50/month.

***Note: I personally have been using HubSpot’s free plan over the last quarter and am constantly learning how extensively the software’s reach is. I already have this integrated into my Google system and am logging much of the data that comes through my different inboxes. If I were to recommend a system with huge upside once you started justifying HubSpot’s outrageous price for the Pro Plan, this could be it.

Monday.com

Overview: Monday.com is a highly customizable work management platform that can be adapted for wholesaling workflows with its automation and task-tracking capabilities.

Key Features:

  • Visual pipeline tracking with boards and charts.

  • Automates follow-ups and reminders.

  • Integrates with tools like Gmail and Excel.

Pros:

  • Fully customizable workflows.

  • Affordable entry-level plans.

Cons:

  • Requires setup and customization for wholesaling.

  • Lacks industry-specific features like skip tracing.

Pricing: Starts at $10/month per user.

***Note: I have personally used Monday.com and am in love with the way it’s system allows you to create custom rules for specific data metrics. I was able to create a whole dashboard & map system showing which team member was producing X amount as well as correlating map markers to see where most of the deals and personal portfolio properties were stacking up as time went by.

The biggest personal turn-off for me what that Monday.com has to integrate separately into every other aspect of software; you have to pay for a new subscription of a dialer, landing page, etc., and the list goes on.

Pipedrive

Overview: Pipedrive is a simple yet powerful CRM ideal for wholesalers focused on managing their sales pipeline.

Key Features:

  • Drag-and-drop deal tracking.

  • Automated lead follow-ups.

  • Detailed reporting and analytics.

Pros:

  • Intuitive interface.

  • Great for small teams or solo wholesalers.

Cons:

  • Limited real estate-specific tools.

  • Requires integrations for marketing.

Pricing: Starts at $14.90/month per user.
